Frequently asked questions.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes, the Custom plan has no minimum commitment. You are free to cancel your subscription under the terms set out in the contract. Only additional development financed over several monthly installments involves a payment commitment.

  • Are the 5 days of development really included?

    Yes. Your subscription includes up to 5 days of design and development to build your custom software, with no extra upfront development fees. The scope is defined together during scoping.

  • What if my project needs more than 5 days?

    We estimate the work required during scoping. If your project goes beyond the 5 included days, we send you a detailed quote before starting any additional development. You stay in control of your budget.

Can I pay for additional development in installments?

Yes. You can choose to pay for additional development in one go, in stages, or spread the cost over several monthly installments, with a payment commitment agreed together.

Can you take over my existing data?

Yes. We can organize, clean up and import your existing data, whether it comes from Excel files, other software or various sources. The work required is assessed during scoping.

Do you offer artificial intelligence and automation features?

Yes. We can build in automations and artificial intelligence features to simplify your operations, cut down repetitive tasks and make you more efficient. Each feature is designed around your actual needs.

Can my software evolve after it goes live?

Yes. Your subscription includes 2 hours of improvements per month to refine and adapt your software. Larger developments can be quoted separately.

Do I own my software?

Your subscription gives you a license to use your custom software. Intellectual property and source code are not transferred by default. If you want to acquire the rights to your software, a transfer can be arranged through a separate agreement. If devan. terminates the contract, ownership is transferred automatically. Your data stays under your control and can be retrieved under the terms set out in the contract.
